By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• “User” refers to anyone browsing the Platform.
• “Seller/Dealer” refers to users who create and manage listings.
• “Advert” refers to any listing posted on the Platform.
• “Service” refers to all features, functions, and tools provided on the Platform.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not engage in fraudulent or misleading activities
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not upload harmful, obscene, or illegal content
• Not attempt to access unauthorised areas or systems
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Sellers/Dealers must ensure that:

• All advert information is accurate
• Images/videos do not infringe copyright
• Pricing is transparent and not misleading
• Vehicles advertised belong to them or are authorised for sale
• Used listings disclose accurate condition, mileage, and ownership
• We may remove or reject adverts that violate guidelines.

• Individual sellers may purchase credits for advert creation.
• Dealers may use credit packages or subscription plans.
• Credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Failure to maintain an active subscription may limit access to certain features.

Contact between buyers and sellers may occur via:

• WhatsApp
• Phone calls
• Messages (if applicable)

We are not responsible for external communication outside the Platform.

Users may submit hire purchase loan applications to:

• Dealers
• Credit agencies
• Platform administrators (if enabled)

The Platform does not guarantee loan approval and is not responsible for financial agreements.

The Platform operates as a marketplace.

We do not:

• Own or inspect vehicles listed
• Guarantee the condition, legality, or accuracy of listings
• Act as an agent for buyers or sellers
• Provide financial advice

Users should conduct their own checks (including LTA checks).

We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Damages arising from misuse of the Platform
• Fraudulent behaviour by other users
• Any transaction between buyer and seller

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Misrepresentation
• Abuse of credits
• Posting prohibited or illegal content
• Violating these Terms

These Terms are governed by Singapore law.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
